Fille ainée de Victor Amédée I° duc de Savoie et de Christine de France, fille d'Henri IV.
Mariée au prince Maurice de Savoie, son oncle, quatrième fils de Charles-Emmanuel de Savoie, duc de Savoie et de Catherine d'Autriche, fille de Philippe II, roi d'Espagne.
