Valuation of a French Louis XVI ourmolu clock in our next auction

Guillaume Le Floc'h auction house in Saint-Cloud, in collaboration with our experts specialized in free valuation and free appraisal will auction a French Louis XVI period ormolu clock, the dial signed Robin, Sunday 12th of October in Saint-Cloud.

 

Pendule portique à quantièmes à fronton cintré en bronze ciselé, doré mat et bruni, coiffée d’un couple de colombes sur une nuée au brandon, encadré de pommes de pin, frise d’oves et de perles. Les montants en pilastre cannelé supportent le cadran circulaire émaillé blanc indiquant les heures, les minutes, la date et le jour, signé Robin Hger Du Roy, surmontant une chute de drapé, base quadrangulaire à frise de feuilles d’acanthe à pieds en boule aplatie (manques et usures).

Epoque Louis XVI.

Haut. : 42 cm - Larg. : 23 cm - Prof. : 15 cm

Avec une cage en verre et son socle.

 

Note : Robert Robin, horloger actif de 1763 Ă  1799.
