Column Furniture and works of art , Appraisal and valuation

In the auction organized by SVV Philocale in collaboration with our consultancy company on November 10 in Olivet, furniture and objets d'art created the surprise with 88.3% lot sold and 98% by value.

2,700 Euros were paid for the lot 161, a Gallé vase of baluster form resting on a pedestal made ​​of glass lined green on a yellow background decorated with iris and dragonfly . It is signed Gallé and measure 41.5 cm high. Note that a chip on the heel and somme scratches did not stop buyers for this vase estimated 1,000 to 1,500 Euros.

A baluster vase (lot 194) in porcelain of Sevres style probably executed in Berlin decorated with two busts of women in the style of Jean-Jacques Henner in a blue background with a large matte gold decor and dating from the late nineteenth century fectched up to 2,500 Euros on an estimate of 1,000 to 1,500 Euros.
