The Regency was the second phase of the classical revival in England after the Chippendale style. The style is popular in the decorative arts around 1795 to 1820, although historically Regency covers the years 1811-1820, which corresponds to the period of Regency of the Prince of Wales, later King George IV.

The 16th April, the SVV Aguttes sold antiques furniture, works of art and paintings, including a Madonna and Child enthroned, surrounded by St. Jacques and a Holy Bishop, performed in the entourage of Agnolo Gaddi (late fourteenth s). It was sold for € 24,083 (including buyer premium), against an estimation of 20,000 to 30,000 euros.
