Electronic Product

Due to the electronic and personalised nature of the valuation document no right of cancellation or refund exists under Regulation 13 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once a valuation has been purchased by you.

Customer Complaints

Authenticite Partnership endeavours to respond to complaints within 5 working days.

Liability

Authenticite Partnership tries to ensure that all informations contained within your valuation document are accurate at the time of use.
However, neither Authenticite Partnership, nor its partners shall be liable for any losses that arise from relying upon the documents or information within your valuation.
Our valuations and statements about your item are expressions of our opinion or belief. Our opinions and beliefs have been formed honestly and in accordance with the standard of care reasonably to be expected of an online art estimate based on the photography’s you submit. It must be clearly understood, however, that due to the nature of the service, we are unable to carry extensive research of the kind undertaken by professional historians and scholars, and also that, as research develops and scholarship and expertise evolve, opinions on these matters may change.
